Return Process

  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
